Pork in Sangría Señorial
Ingredients:
4 pounds of pork
2 bottles of Sangría Señorial
1 piece of garlic
1 small white onion
pepper
chicken broth
Instructions:
Place cut meat into a pressure cooker.
Add water, onion, garlic, pepper, Sangría Señorial and the broth.
Cover up and place at a low flame for approximately 1 hour.
Wait until the pressure decreases before opening the lid.
The meat should now be white. Slice meat and serve with potatoes, rice or pasta.
