Novamex’s sales team manages the retail distribution system by working closely with retail distributors and set goals and priorities. Together the Sales Managers and retail distributors, the team also implements sales promotions and incentive programs to deliver forecasted case sales volume.
Recognizing a constantly changing market landscape that includes shifts in demographics and population centers, Novamex sales managers look to add new distributors in specific regions with growth in Hispanic households. In addition, Novamex sales managers call directly on key accounts, work with brokers and represent the company at trade shows. Moreover, as an enhancement to distributor efforts in major markets, Novamex has its own retail sales force in place to achieve superior brand merchandising at store level.
