Gelatin: Pour gelatin mix into 4 cups of boiling water or milk (depending on the flavor). Swirl until it dissolves. Pour mix into several molds and refrigerate until firm.
Flan: Pour flan mix into 4 cups of warm milk, stir well in slow flame until mix starts to boil (1 to 2 minutes). Pour mix into molds previously covered with D'GARI's liquid caramel. Refrigerate until firm.
